“Preparing for a wedding, especially if you’re based abroad, is not very easy. I did not hire any wedding coordinator; instead, I would always be on the Internet scouting for my wedding vendors. Good thing my cousin just got married and she referred me to Printsonalities and Baicapture. When I had gathered all my vendors, I flew to the Philippines to meet them all for just a week. When I had a meeting at the office of Printsonalities and Baicapture, the the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I met Jo and discussed the color scheme I wanted. When I got back home, I emailed Jo and she gave me a prompt response and guided me thru the whole process of creating my wedding invites. After that, we just got in touch through email on a regular basis and she would answer promptly. Printsonalities followed the design and color that I wanted; I just mailed them a swatch of the exact color that I want my invites to be and they got it perfectly. Production and shipping were very quick, too. I did not expect to receive the invites here that fast. The way they shipped it too was very secure and not tattered.

“Finding the perfect wedding invitation from far away is no easy task, but working with Printsonalities made the entire process less stressful. The experience was superb!

Your layout artists are undoubtedly creative. We asked them to create a travel- themed wedding invite, and we still cannot get over how beautifully it turned out. We especially loved the design of our compass monogram, invite inserts and main invite’s world map background. It had the elegance we wanted, to complement our theme. We were overly concerned with each and every detail and it was really helpful that we could be flexible with the font, color, main invite layout, inserts design, paper,etc. We never had any problems communicating our design requests. We just described everything in long emails and Printsonalities always managed to provide what we wanted.

Customer service was exceptionally good. We worked closely with Jo, who had been nothing but accommodating to us. She answered all our questions promptly. She had a sense of urgency in getting our requests done and her patience was limitless, given the amount of drafts and revisions we went through! Every OC bride sure is going to love working with her.

We were very happy with the quality of paper, printing and packaging, too. We received everything in order even if they had to work on a tight schedule. In terms of cost, we paid a reasonable price. Printsonalities’ rates may be a little higher than the rest but the design alone was already worth every penny. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

“When Raetz and I were deciding on who would supply the invitations and other printed requirements for our wedding, Raetz recommended Printsonalities. I, on the other hand, wanted to get a fine stationer from the US. Not certain of what to expect from a local company, I had my reservations with going with Printsonalities. However, after the initial meeting with Noky, my apprehensions were allayed. The quality of Printsonalities’ stationery is comparable with that of US stationers. Moreover, Noky displayed a solid knowledge of layouts, styles, fonts, and wedding etiquette which would help make designing our wedding invitations and other printed needs so much easier. So, we ended up having Printsonalities supply our wedding invitations, missalettes, menu cards, and thank you cards. Raetz and I were very satisfied with Printsonalities’ finished product.
