We are looking for a new Graphic Designer to join the Printsonalities design studio!

You will be called on, mainly, for graphic design and page layout work but the other skills you have up your sleeve will be right at home here. Additional skill and knowledge in photography, writing and a bit of web and video will be useful for the various design projects you will be working on.

Requirements:
– Degree in Design and any related field or equivalent work experience
– Impressive body of work to be presented through a portfolio
– Mastery of Adobe CS Applications (PS and AI minimum)
– Excellent grasp of color theory, page layout and typography
– Creative thinker
– Has a thirst for learning
– High attention to detail
– Versatility and flexibility

We’re looking for an amazing all-around marketeer to join our team! If you have a passion for telling people about interesting things and capturing them with how you tell it, then you might be the person we’re looking for. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads and nurturing those leads to close into customers. You will also manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers and active promoters of the company. You will also sustain and develop the company’s voice across all blog content.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Build and manage a rich content library that attracts a qualified audience to our products and services (blogs, whitepapers, reports, infographics etc.)
– Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing mages and lead generation content (promos and offers)
– Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email and social channels
– Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.

• Explains the job specification to FA Producers.
• Ensures that all artwork produced is technically correct.
• Proactively anticipates and resolves issues with printing and post printing processes.
• Checks if all materials needed for a particular job order are completed before turning over to production.
• Checks and signs the reports prepared by FA Producers.
• Coordinates with the supplier if there are some concerns with the project.
• Documents the errors produced by the pre-press team
• Submits the pre-press efficiency report to Operations Head weekly
• Evaluates the performance of the prepress personnel quarterly.
• Recommends to the management new methods or procedures that can help the Department improve the process.
• Disseminates to the personnel all memos or information coming from the management.
• Implements the rules and regulations of the company.
• Adopts 5S of good housekeeping in the area.
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate head.

Requirements

• Certificate /Diploma/Degreee in Art & Design, Prepress/Printing Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in pre-press and printing industry or digital imaging.
• Required skills: Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Windows Platform
• Knowledge about color separations, impositions, prepress, print ready file preparation.
